This week has been touch and go. We had a bad storm come through on Tues morning and knocked our power out until 8:30 am. Then trying to get every one out the door was impossible, Bubba had therapy that morning so we didn't get much accomplished. Courtney came down with a bug early Wed. morning and has been sick ever since. Bubba has not been feeling good either.
So here it is Thursday with not much accomplished on the Henry front.
I did give it a go, a few times, of making some gluten free bread.... didn't happen.
Last night I did manage to get out a recipe of Noah's Bread which Addi seemed to enjoy. I need more inspiration for cooking as the bread topic has got me a little confused. It will all come together eventually!
