Well tonight for dinner we had a spin on an old favorite. Taco bake. I took Bob's Red Mill Cornbread Mix and prepare it as usual. I then took my ground browned turkey with Feingold taco seasoning and place it on top of my cooked cornbread. Covered in shredded cheese on half and Daiya Cheese for Addison on the other half with my sweet carrots and walah, dinner!
The kids are outside playing and that is that!
